A full refund will be issued for orders that are cancelled prior to collection. To cancel your order, please call us on 07771234360, Monday-Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.

Refunds are not issued for failed collections. Please contact us to rearrange a collection if your parcel is not collected during the pre-requested time.

Transit times are not guaranteed and therefore refunds will not generally be issued for delayed shipments unless it can be proved that the carrier has acted negligently. In the rare event of parcel loss, up to 100% of your carriage costs will be refunded if your claim is accepted. (Please note: claims for damage will only be accepted if the parcel is signed for as damaged upon delivery).

Our sea cargo insurance offers comprehensive coverage for your shipments, with a maximum limit of up to £50 per box. We understand the importance of safeguarding your goods during their journey across the ocean, and our insurance plans are designed to provide you with peace of mind and financial protection.

The cost of our sea cargo insurance is determined by several factors, including the valuation of the goods being transported. This ensures that you receive a tailored insurance solution that accurately reflects the value of your cargo

We offer comprehensive air cargo insurance coverage with a maximum limit of up to £100. Our insurance plans are designed to provide you with peace of mind and financial protection for your valuable cargo during air transportation.

Our pricing structure is based on the weight of your air cargo, starting at just £5 per kilogram. However, it's important to note that the final cost may vary depending on various factors such as the valuation of the goods being transported.

Suppose your parcel is returned without leaving the UK due to insufficient packaging, incorrect documentation, or prohibited items found in your consignment. In that case, you will be liable for the UK carriage costs and will be issued with a partial refund for the overseas carriage costs.

  • > The procedure for requesting a refund is you have to submit your request for a refund in writing (e-mail) to us to the email address of sales@lankacargo.uk withh all the relvant deatils and copy of the invoice

  • > Refunds may be given at our discretion and in accordance with the Service definitions made available to you at the time of payment.

  • > Should a refund be appropriate, it shall be made back to the payment method originally used to book the transaction or into a prepay account with us.

  • > Refunds can only be processed to the contracted party who booked the order.

  • > Refunds will not be offered for consequential loss.

  • > Refunds must be requested within 28 days from the date the order was placed.

  • > We will not provide any refund or reduction of charges if we receive less than the number of parcels for which you have contracted.
