This means that even if your parcel weighs less than 5 kg, or its volumetric weight is less than 5, you will still be charged a minimum of 5 kg. Maximum weight not limited
Please note that for each parcel, the maximum weight should be limited to 28 kg. However, the number of packages for one shipment is not limited. It is important to make sure that each piece, suitcase, box, carton, etc. does not weigh more than 28 kg to ensure safe and efficient handling during the transportation process.
